Currently successfully live in several key markets, we are expanding rapidly and need a Senior Audience Manager to lead, grow, and optimize the platform’s engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies. About the role:
As the Senior Manager, Sample and Sourcing EMEA at MeMo², you will be the driving force behind our THX. community’s engagement and growth. You’ll lead strategies that build and retain high-quality users across multiple countries while optimizing user experience and ensuring long-term platform profitability. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, applying data-driven insights to manage recruitment, retention, and budget strategies
What you'll be doing:
Budget Management:
Strategically manage and optimize a large-scale budget across six THX. countries to ensure cost-effective user recruitment and retention.
International Expansion:
Develop and execute audience-building strategies for emerging markets, adapting to local market nuances.
Recruitment Strategy:
Design and implement innovative user recruitment strategies leveraging both online and offline channels.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a growing team responsible for communications with the THX audience, ensuring a high-performance culture.
Retention & Engagement:
Optimize user incentives and retention strategies to enhance long-term user engagement. Test and analyze incentive structures to improve platform stickiness.
Automation:
Standardize and automate internal reporting processes (costs, growth, and development), including CRM and marketing automation systems.
Data-Driven Insights:
Monitor and interpret audience performance data using tools like PowerBI, providing actionable insights to drive platform optimization.
Quality Assurance:
Oversee and enhance the quality of client deliveries, ensuring a seamless user experience through monthly quality checks and consistent platform improvement.
Strategic Long-Term Thinking:
Shift focus from immediate recruitment to long-term retention, aiming to reduce reliance on external partners and build a sustainable user acquisition and retention model.
Technology & Innovation:
Constantly evaluate and optimize tools, technologies, and processes for better scalability and efficiency in managing THX’s audience.
The skills & experience you'll need:
Experience (7+ years) in Market Research and Audience Management.
Expertise in managing and optimizing large budgets for cost-efficient user acquisition and retention.
Strong negotiation skills for managing contracts and fostering sustainable audience partnerships.
Proven leadership in cross-functional teams (collaborating with product, tech, research, and marketing) to align audience strategies with business objectives.
Solid project management skills to oversee multi-stakeholder initiatives and ensure successful execution.
Excellent communication skills in English to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teams, while advising senior management with actionable insights. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus but not required.
Independent problem-solving abilities with an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in addressing challenges proactively and getting results in multifaceted environments.
