This is what you will do:

As a Senior Manager and Senior Master Data Quality Analyst, you will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our data. You will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and leading data quality standards, metrics, and processes. Your daily activities will include conducting regular data audits and quality assessments, identifying and analyzing data quality issues or anomalies, and implementing monitoring and alerting processes utilizing the latest IT technologies.

Collaborating closely with Data Stewards, Senior Data Managers, and operational teams, you will ensure our data requirements are met effectively. Your contributions will ensure our data quality is seamlessly aligned with our business objectives. Develop and build data quality reports and dashboards to update collaborators on metrics and progress, execute SAP transactions for data cleansing.

Furthermore, you will supply to the development and implementation of data governance policies and practices to continually enhance our data quality. This role encompasses the selection and deployment of optimal data quality tools and technologies, as well as providing training and support to business users to facilitate their understanding and implementation of data quality best practices.

You will be responsible for:

Establish, implement, and manage comprehensive data quality standards, metrics, dimensions, and processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.Develop and deploy necessary data products in Collibra in collaboration with IT.Conduct regular data audits and quality assessments, analyzing and documenting any data quality issues and anomalies.Implement data quality monitoring and alerting processes using available tools.Work closely with Data Stewards, Senior Managers, and operations to address data requirements and ensure data quality aligns with business needs.Produce and maintain data quality reports and dashboards to offer stakeholders transparency into data quality metrics and progress.Lead the development and implementation of data governance policies and practices to enhance overall data quality.Provide training and guidance to business users on data quality best practices.Support Senior Managers and Data Stewards with data quality issues in SAP or OMP systems.Co-lead the Master Data Governance Committee to assess issues and promote the significance of Master Data and data as an asset.

You will need to have:

5+  years of experience in a Data Quality Analyst role, with proficiency in tools such as QlikSense, Collibra, and familiarity with SQL queries and any programming language is a plus, along with the ability to query and analyse data sets on demand.Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel (VBA), Power BI.Experience in analysing data sets, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring high-quality data standards are consistently met.Working experience in collaborating across teams including differing business units.Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, or a related field.Foremost passion for data quality concepts and methodologies.

Knowledge of SAP Material Master Data Object Fields.Advanced knowledge in SQL, PowerBI, QlikSense, Collibra, Java, PythonProven record of Data Governance and Quality Methodologies implementationExperience in Global Supply Chain, Manufaturing, Pharma
