As a Senior Manager, Service Platform, you will serve as a business lead responsible for implementing innovative technologies and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects that optimize business operations.
You will navigate and lead change in a fast-paced environment, collaborate cross-functionally to align technology solutions with organizational objectives, and ensure the solutions are successfully implemented with solid processes, change management, and sustaining strategies in place.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational knowledge of instrument service businesses and processes. Knowledge of (generative) AI is a plus, but not a necessity. More important is a technical mindset and a willingness to learn and understand new technologies, envision their impact, and create a strategy to bring that vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of large business transformation efforts that deliver short- and long-term business value through technology implementation and overall operational efficiencyDesign strategies for implementation and adoption of new technologies and ways of working, working closely with end users, management teams, and key partnersDrive cross-functional collaboration and alignmentLead matrix project teams ensuring initiatives are well-managed with delivery of expectations, timelines, quality and budgetPrepare and deliver updates to senior leadership, driving awareness and alignment on key decisions, project timelines, and delivery status

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $130,000.00–$194,950.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
