We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Social Listening and Analytics to lead our social intelligence initiatives. This role will be pivotal in monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting social media data to inform business strategies, enhance PR efforts, and manage our brand’s online reputation. **Description**
- Develop and Implement Social Intelligence Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive social listening strategy aligned with business objectives to deliver quick data and actionable insights in a fast moving environment. Continuously optimize methodologies to improve the accuracy and impact of social intelligence activities. - Monitor and Analyze Social Media Metrics: Oversee the tracking of key social media metrics, including engagement rates, reach, impressions, click-through rates, competitive benchmarks and conversion rates. Identify trends and patterns as well as crisis monitoring to inform content and marketing strategies. - Execute Social Listening Programs: Conduct in-depth social listening to monitor global conversations and leaders, brand mentions, sentiment, and emerging trends. Write and review queries for social listening topics to gather relevant real-time data. - Provide Actionable Insights: Analyze data to identify key trends, sentiments, and patterns. Develop and present reports that translate listening data into digestible insights for cross-functional audiences, influencing business, communications, and marketing strategies. - Manage Social Media Tools and Technology: Oversee the social media tools and technology stack, including vendor relationships. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in social media and social intelligence to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ A minimum of 10 years in social media intelligence (listening) and analytics roles, preferably within a Fortune 500 brand, either in an agency or client setting.
+ Expertise with social listening platforms (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Sprout, Quid Monitor) and experience creating dashboards within these platforms.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Social Media Knowledge: Experience and understanding of the broader social media space, and preferably past experience working directly at a platform like Twitter or TikTok. Industry leading expert around latest advancements in social listening tools, techniques, and industry trends.
+ Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into insightful, non-technical narratives. Comfort in balancing statistical data with qualitative insights to build credible narratives.
+ Strategic Understanding: Deep understanding of social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices. Ability to stay abreast of social media algorithms, platform updates, and emerging trends to ensure the effectiveness of social media strategies.
+ Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data and insights to stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple projects under concurrent deadlines.
+ Collaboration and Leadership: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring team members.

+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $179,000 and $269,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
