VEP powers AI-driven digital expertise and AI-assisted human expertise for all Intuit customers to ensure customers who enter the Intuit ecosystem never experience a ‘dead-end’ and always have a trusted expert by their side to help them along the way. VEP is core to Intuit’s Big Bet 2 and serves every single customer and that touches all the products across the tech ecosystem including expertise-led offerings such as TurboTax Live, TurboTax FullService, QuickBooks Live.

We are looking for seasoned technology leader with platform mind and experience in building and running highly performant solutions at scale. In this role you will lead a team of high-performing engineers driving the expansion of the platform to a global platform, developing new capabilities. You will draw upon deep technical expertise, solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to steer the platform with a futuristic vision and innovation. You will quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout the organization at all levels, and be viewed as a team player. This leader partners closely with product management, product development, internal partner platforms, compliance, and site reliability leaders across Intuit.
