Senior Manager, Special Projects
Qualifications:
Required Education/Experience: 8+ total years of experience within luxury automotive industry or equivalent brand industry Team leadership experience Preferred Education/Experience and/or Certifications Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, design or other relevant fields
Skills/Abilities and Attributes: Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communicator, both written and verbal; ability to express ideas clearly and actively listen to others Team oriented, with a strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to meet multiple deadlines Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaborative skills with the ability to prioritize efficiently and effectively within and across departments Self-motivated and able to perform tasks and projects with little supervision Energetic, proactive, calm under pressure, personable and professional Strong team-player – ability to thrive in a small, closely-knit team Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software Strong analytical, project management, computer, communication, and writing skills (typing, spelling, grammar) Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced work environment Ability to creatively overhaul and re-design any project or workflow to optimize comprehension, while meeting requirements Ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse co-workers and personalities in engineering, production, and management; ability to have insight into their changing needs Excellent time management with an ability to balance multiple projects and timelines Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Physical Demands/Work Environment: Must be able to participate in occasional travel for business purposes, including internationally Must be able to work in a seated position for extended periods Must be able to use fingers, hands, and arms at computer keyboard for extended periods Must have ability to speak clearly and distinctly, hear and be heard and understood both in person and by telephone Must have ability to speak clearly and distinctly and hear and be heard and understood in person, by telephone and email Must be able to work an early, non-standard schedule and long hours when needed
Compensation:
The starting salary range for this position is between $111,600 - 139,500 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Senior Manager, Special Projects
Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Special Projects leads a small, dynamic team focused on the delivery of exceptional content pushing the boundaries of engineering, design and execution. You will lead in definition, development and delivery of special projects and special wishes, playing a key role in realizing each client’s truly unique vision and demonstrating that “Everything is Important”. This will be a cross functional, global role
This position is onsite in Torrance, CA with some travel.
