Senior Manager, Strategy & Revenue Acceleration

What You'll Do:

The Sr. Manager, Strategy & Revenue Acceleration plays a key role in the development and execution of Criteo’s near- and long-term retail media demand strategy. The position drives cross-functional management of prioritized strategic initiatives which accelerate the achievement of growth and profitability goals. The role drives data-driven decisions by developing business cases and strategic evaluations of new opportunities which will feed into roadmap prioritization decisions. This individual will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including Agency and Brand Sales, Solutions Consultants, Product, GTM, Operations, and Finance—to create strategies that keep Criteo at the forefront of making it easier for agencies and brands to scale retail media across Criteo’s global network of retailers.

As retail media matures, Criteo aims to simplify the process for agencies and brands to efficiently and effectively buy retail media across a wide range of retailers. The Sr. Manager will contribute to bringing innovative capabilities to market for Criteo's DSP, Commerce Max, while also expanding demand-side partnerships with our extensive API partners and pioneering collaborations with Microsoft and others.

This role will work closely with demand-side Commercial Teams across regions, as well as Solutions Consultants, to ensure the Voice of the Customer is incorporated into the product development process. The Sr. Manager will drive cross-functional alignment on key topics such as platform features, services, pricing, positioning, and processes, ensuring a cohesive strategy to meet the needs of agencies and brands.

Additionally, the Sr. Manager will assess demand-side sales strategies across regions to identify best practices, drive cross-regional standardization, and facilitate the sharing of best practices—while respecting local market nuances. The role will focus on continuous improvement in how we serve brands and ensure strong differentiation in the areas that matter most to our demand-side clients.

The Sr. Manager will also lead and drive key strategic initiatives related to our demand-side strategy, overseeing stakeholder meetings, preparing executive strategy presentations, and guiding strategic discussions with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Who You Are:Bachelor degree required; Masters preferred. Consulting experience highly desired.5+ years’ experience in retail media, agency-side or global brand-sideDeep understanding of Retail MediaStrategy development and/or cross functional program management experienceExperience building and presenting compelling business cases and strategy presentations.Experience driving cross-functional programs.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$144,000 - $180,000
