The Job:
As the Sr. Manager, Supply Network Planning Governance, you will lead the governance and support of SBD Global Supply Network Planning Business Process and Systems driving adherence to best practices and policies through development of exception management tools and processes to ensure integrity of the end-to-end plannings process.
You will lead team of subject matter experts, promote a global mindset and drive continuous improvement to ensure the effective governance of our planning systems. As a primary owner of Supply Planning Business Process, you will play a major role in the ongoing SAP IBP implementation and rollout, support change management, and lead user’s training plan to the global planning community.
Define global Supply Network planning processes and policies to ensure best-in-class process functional design and system implementation. Establish adherence measuring rules and exception reporting rhythms to ensure consistency of processes and accuracy of data. Support playbook development.Lead a team of SMEs to support the regions on business-driven projects for enhancements and strategy execution as needed, ensuring alignment to global solutions; and system related inquiries requiring troubleshooting, resolution.Liaise between business stakeholders and Engage (IT)/SC Analytics teams to understand and interpret requirements for collaboratively design and delivery on new and enhanced capabilities. Ensure leading practices on Supply Network Planning are embraced during SAP IBP implementation.Lead business support for supply network planning system initiatives across the regions, coordinating tasks and resources to support projects, proactively managing risks and communication with project stakeholders. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing for planning system enhancements. Establish training plan and rhythms for new and existing Supply Network Planners, including cross-functional training when needed to ensure end-to-end process integrity in collaboration with IT and Business Partners. B.Sc. Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field10+ years of Supply Chain, Supply Planning and Project Management experience. Strong knowledge of SC Planning principles & systems in a global setting. SAP IBP experience.Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment.Ability to convey complex ideas in clear, accessible technical and business language, experience in training.Flexibility to travel, including internationally, ~15% of the time.The Details:

The base pay range for this position in California, Colorado, Washington, New York, Maryland is $91,000- $164,000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
