Senior Manager, Supply Chain
Responsibilities\:
Key accountabilities for the role include\:
Senior level Supply Chain Manager and single point of accountability for Supply Chain performance on a multi-billion dollar LNG project. Lead, develop and manage the Supply Chain team to ensure delivery of Supply Chain related activities and ensure adherence to relevant policies and procedures Responsible for implementing Supply Chain strategies and the execution of those strategies on the Project. This includes compliance with SCM Policies, Project execution directives, systems implementation, staffing requirements, customer relationships and overall performance of SCM on the Portfolio. This includes Supplier Quality Surveillance (SQS), Purchasing, Expediting, Contracts and Logistics, in accordance with Project Execution Plan (PEP). Provide leadership, resource planning, coaching and mentoring to the Supply Chain team Supervises SCM discipline leads and drives strategic decision making & quality deliverables in all areas. Implement Strategic Procurement and Logistics cross-functional initiatives, to include modularization strategy. Engage with the key stakeholders for strong and effective collaboration on complex strategies, to ensure successful execution of plans Implementation of effective quality controls with key suppliers Communication and escalation to project stakeholders regarding the identification and resolution of any non-conformance or related quality issues of a Supplier/Contractors Collaborate with Legal and Project Delivery to negotiate and administer commercial commitments entered by Worley, including dealing with claims and commercial disputes Deliver cost effective and risk-managed commercial outcomes with the approved budget, and proactively identify opportunities to improve cost and execution performance of Worley subcontractors and suppliers Enhance project performance via best practices and supply chain innovations and continuous improvements with a focus on innovation, digital and performance. Ensure Worley governance rules and requirements are followed by Worley Supply Chain personnel and subs / suppliers Ensures compliance with Worley and Customer Diversity procedures and goals. Support and endorse Worley values within and outside the organization, with an emphasis on safety and ethical conduct *Experience and Qualifications\:· University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. 15 years relevant experience, including project management experience, and recognized as a functional expert and thought leader, providing consultation to others.
Broad knowledge of business operations and ability to implement and lead organizational change effectively. The ability to effectively communicate and present complex reports to executive level management Extensive project delivery/project governance experience including major projects. Experience of successfully engaging with customer executives, senior management, and other key stakeholders. Experience in all commercial contracting models/risk profiles and all project scopes/phases (FEL/EPC/EPCM & Lump Sum/Fixed Price/Target Price/Reimbursable, etc). Positive motivational leadership style and creative thinking skills with a focus on challenges norms, innovation and enhancing digital delivery. Working knowledge of contract law and management information systems. Negotiation leadership skills to achieve sustainable and cost-effective commercial outcomes in complex business environments Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to develop high performance culture.Moving forward together
