The Supply Chain Inventory Senior Manager is responsible for coordinating global inventory optimization strategies to ensure Supply Chain operates efficiently, reducing SLOBs and improving capacity, while supporting business growth and service levels for Innovative Medicine brands and markets. The Senior Manager will work in close collaboration with End-to-End Planning, Platform Site leaders, Finance, GPEx, Regional Demand and Supply, Make, Quality, Procurement, and Value Chain teams to develop tailored brand strategies while operating as an Intelligence Hub providing solutions that can be validated cross-sites and cross-brands. The SC Inventory Senior Manager position will also lead strategies and analytics for executive inventory management business reviews and identification of main drivers and action plans to support business goals.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
