**Senior Manager, Supply Chain - Kansas City Area**
**This role will be based out of our Shawnee, KS office.**
The Senior Supply Chain Development Manager will achieve and maintain world-class maturity levels in all processes of the value chain for Pet NA. This maturity will be demonstrated in a sustainable way through a defined set of KPIs. They will define the set of processes and tools that manage the organization's non-transactional data entities, with the aim of ensuring consistent, accurate, and reliable data for decision-making.
**Work Duties**
+ Govern and lead the supply chain maturity program and coordinate all improvement evaluations/audits.
+ Implement, monitor and report an education and learning program that aims to ensure the standardization of processes and raise maturity levels
+ Govern the scope for Master Data Management, business rules and naming conventions for sourcing processes and their alignment against Business Transformation models
+ Lead benchmarks focused on process improvements and lead research to find best practices internally within ADM and externally
+ Ensure PET NA alignment with all regional/global value chain management indicators. Collect, prepare, monitor and publish KPI reports.
+ Lead all process improvement and maturity audits.
+ Define and implement a competency model for all PET NA SC Roles.
+ Monitor and report on progress in maturity improvements against established goals.
+ Serve as a liaison with other PET SC teams globally to build a library of best practices and increase collaboration across regions .
+ Implement and ensure sustainability of a single data management model for the company
+ Establish a center for master data requirements for all areas
+ Establish business processes to ensure the quality of your data
+ Support Global and Regional initiatives in the implementation of standards, processes and tools, to achieve a single data model
+ Define internal controls in master data management
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering
+ 8 or more years of experience within Supply Chain
+ Training: APICS / CSCP certification a plus
**Skills:**
+ Understanding of the end-to-end S&OP and S&OE process
+ Functional experience in Demand, Supply and Inventory planning
+ Business and financial acumen
+ Knowledge of manufacturing process and target markets
+ Customer and business orientation
+ Ability to manage complex product portfolio
+ Team Leadership
+ Experience with ERP/MRP, APS.
+ Experience in building ad hoc solutions is a plus.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Knowledge in marketing analytics, reporting, and leveraging account-based intent data
+ Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
+ Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
+ Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking.
+ Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution.
+ Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

**Salaried Incentive Plan:**
The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus and a long-term incentive plan
