OverviewThis position is responsible for the Global Gaming Services-Wide Area Progressives (WAP) Gaming Support team and based onsite full time in our Reno, Nevada office.
This role is accountable and responsible across multiple organizations within IGT, internal and external customers as well as gaming regulatory bodies and compliance teams. This pivotal position will lead and direct the activities of the Gaming Support network team responsible for integrating hardware and/or software framework, systems and/or product design functions or designing underlying architecture.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in tech field, computer science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 10+ years’ management experience in a combination of WAP or gaming operations including strategy, business operations, and technology innovation roles with demonstrated leadership and outcomes. Significant experience within the gaming industry and familiarity with gaming operations and enterprise network and Internet systems. Ability to acquire a gaming license across multiple jurisdictions. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and technical skills, with ability to understand complex technical issues. Experience working on projects across multiple channels and domains. Demonstrated experience and ability to lead non-centralized/hybrid teams, develop and manage stakeholder relationships, and development of leadership potential. In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry, gaming regulations and casino operations. At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $86,538-$220,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
