Developing Recruiting Strategies: Aligning recruiting strategies with business unit strategy, communicating with business unit leaders, and ensuring customer service is provided.Understanding Stakeholder Needs: Anticipating the needs of diverse stakeholders, understanding future talent requirements, and managing expectations.Engaging Passive Candidates: Highlighting career growth potential, benefits, and compensation philosophy to attract candidates.Advising the Business: Counseling on ways to bridge talent gaps, compensation practices, and market activity; demonstrating empathy and achieving win-win situations.Managing Disagreements: Mitigating and resolving disagreements by anticipating objections and adjusting negotiating approaches.Partnering Cross-Functionally: Collaborating on talent sourcing methods, understanding channel effectiveness, and using advanced sourcing techniques.Leading Agile Projects: Supervising and managing agile methodology delivery for diverse projects; enabling continuous improvement and flexible response to change.Responsibilities
Overseeing Recruiting Processes: Managing the recruiting process for the Ecomm Marketplace by meeting with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and presenting qualified candidates.Advising on Recruitment: Providing information about industry trends, compensation practices, and market activity; sharing strategies and best practices.Managing Workforce Planning: Attending talent review meetings, incorporating data into recruiting strategy, and aligning sourcing efforts.Monitoring Program Effectiveness: Analyzing and communicating hiring results, collecting feedback, and implementing initiatives to improve program effectiveness.Leading Projects: Managing multiple small/medium-scale projects, aligning on timelines, and negotiating outcomes that add value.QualificationsExperience: Proven track record in talent recruiting and understanding business priorities.Skills: Proficiency in data-driven decision making, cross-functional teamwork, and agile project management.Expertise: Background in Advertising/Digital ad sales recruiting space preferred.Join Our Team

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
