Senior Manager, Talent Management

The Sr. Manager of Talent Management will be charged with the development and delivery of talent management infrastructure, processes, and services for the enterprise. This leader will support the AVP of Talent Management & Executive Recruiting and partner closely with Human Resources Business Partners to provide processes, tools, and sound counsel that furthers BBW's talent agenda.

Responsibilities Lead the key elements of the talent lifecycle specifically related to performance management and leading associate development Develop talent and organization management programs (i.e., performance management, succession planning, talent identification, and talent review processes) ensuring that all programs and processes are built with DEI lens of inclusivity and belonging Lead the strategic and operational outcomes related to talent, succession, and performance management to meet goals to build capability, including supporting change management tools, resources, and practices to increase organizational capabilities Keep up with current trends in the areas of organizational development, talent management, performance management, succession management and associate engagement or related areas Manage and partner on the development and delivery of succession planning, performance management and talent calibration Engage HR leaders, business leaders and Executive leaders across the business, operating units, DCs and home office in developing all aspects of integrated talent solutions Develop our internal and external audiences with ongoing train-the-trainer support, building strong relationships and a community of practice Establishes and maintains supportive relationships with the key leaders across the enterprise and regions engendering personal and organizational trust as a business partner Builds and maintains effective working relationships with executive management team at each affiliate and the region to ensure efficient operations and effective implementation of solutions Collaborates with leader/staff to ensure appropriate planning, implementation, business unit; developing strategies, standards, processes, and procedures; provides written communications and oral presentations Seeks consensus in those directions where broad ownership is required; determines direction in those situations where action must be expedited or consistent Manages the portfolio strategy for what gets developed or refreshed for performance management, succession planning, talent calibration and DEI integration into talent and organization development solutions Communicates, advocates, and inspires organizational leaders to engage with and support the leadership development and talent management strategy across the enterprise Provides organizational leadership with critical metrics to show status and progress of programs Lead strategy, programs, and processes with future potential to lead people directly Implement and foster inclusion and involvement of key partners and stakeholders Develops goals and objectives. and budgets vital to effectively manage practices and programs in areas of responsibility

Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in an organizational development, learning, talent management, performance management, succession management and/or human resources related areas. Experience in Executive Development is preferred Demonstrated expertise in the talent development and talent management lifecycle, specific focus on talent selection, identification, and performance leadership Can-do attitude and ability to respond effectively and appropriately to feedback Strong program design, analytic and human behavior skills with experience leading projects, and enterprise-wide HR and/or talent system change management Advanced knowledge of Microsoft platforms, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint Education Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology or related field preferred. MS or PhD would be desired.
