Job Description:

Partner with external advisors and internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, legal, treasury, and information technology, to evaluate impacts of business changes and integration of acquisitionsSupport US and Canadian income tax compliance processesSupport the income tax provision process including the preparation and review of soft-close and year-end tax provision deliverablesPrepare and review income tax audit and FIN 48 questionnaires for tax risks related to income tax mattersProvide support on tax controversy matters including responding to information document requests and preparing documentation to support tax positionsIdentify and communicate tax planning opportunities to tax leadershipAnalyze proposed and newly enacted tax legislation and its impact on the Company’s financials and tax compliance requirementsCoordinate with Corporate Transfer Pricing and finance to update standard costs and prices within ERPs to minimize transfer pricing adjustmentsAssist transfer pricing compliance including the timely documentation of transfer pricing methodologiesManage special projects as necessary

Job Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters in Finance or Accounting

Minimum of 10 years of corporate tax and public accounting experience

Must be experienced in US tax rules and regulations and transfer pricing concepts

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
