Foot Locker is seeking a dynamic, creative and forward-thinking Transformation Leader to join our Global Technology Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative knowledge management strategies to enhance Tech Operations learning and adoption across Foot Locker.
Responsibilities Leads setting the vision, strategy, and widespread adoption for the ServiceNow Knowledge Management function throughout Foot Locker.Establishes procedures and consistency guidelines for information storage, accessibility, access control, and knowledge acquisition.Collaborates with Product and Process managers to curate high-quality content and adoption material that enhances employee self-service and boosts adoption within tech operations product and service experiences.Creates knowledge management quarterly and multi-year Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) goals to achieve important outcomes for Foot Locker. Experiments with technological innovations to improve the effectiveness of knowledge management across the company.Promotes a culture of knowledge sharing by assisting stakeholders such as Senior Leaders, Managers, and Product Engineering Teams.Contributes to the development of engaging formal presentations, communications, and training materials across the TechOps portfolio experiences to drive further adoption across the Foot locker employees.Partner with the GTS leadership team and assist in driving the product operating model across the TechOps organization.Ability to lead and grow people in the future as the role and org evolves; Attract & retain exceptional talent; Build high performing team members through a shared purpose and mission Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Science, or equivalent experience7+ years of experience in knowledge management or related field. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful knowledge management strategies in a corporate setting. Proven technical and business writing experience tailoring messaging to a wide range of audiences.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience with knowledge management systems, collaboration tools, and data analytics. Ie. ServiceNow Knowledge Management Module, Confluence, SharePoint, etc.Preferred: Visual Design experience BenefitsThe annual base salary range is $115,000 -$180,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
