Position SummaryThe Senior Manager of Treasury Consulting and Technology will play a key role in Bridgestone Americas Corporate Treasury team.
ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute strategic treasury consulting reviews globally across Bridgestone Americas, including identifying detailed recommendations for innovative solutions and implementing.
Actively partner with business units and corporate functions to proactively identify business requirements and drive cash management and treasury solution opportunities supporting Bridgestone’s key priorities.
Collaborate with cash management bank relationships and partner to develop cash management and treasury solutions.
Drive global treasury technology and digitization strategy, including bank fee technology, and optimizing global treasury management system.
Develop and implement a global payment innovation roadmap and thought-leadership on credit card optimization, market trends and value-added opportunities.
Research and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to create automation and process efficiencies via the use of treasury APIs, AI, and robotics.
Support M&A integrations as well as divestitures de-integrations from a cash management standpoint, including but not limited to the execution of banking/technology products and services recommendations, process standardization, and savings opportunities.
Play a leadership role in transformational global treasury cash management projects.
Develop executive presentations for executive committees and board.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with emphasis in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or engineering
Minimum 7 years of work experience in cash management, treasury, banking, or treasury consulting
At least 3 years of strong proficiency with cash management products, treasury technology, and familiarity with global payment trends
MBA and/or CTP designation preferred.
Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under ambiguity and independently prioritize assignments and projects with a high sense of urgency.
Continuous improvement mindset – ability to document, analyze, make recommendations, and improve existing processes.
Ability to communicate and partner up and down the organization, including executive management and external partners.
