The Tenant Leasing team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to strategically renew and, if necessary, terminate current portfolio tenants. As the portfolio evolves, leadership must ensure that the correct assortment of tenants exists within our stores. This role will involve communicating with existing tenants regarding lease renewals, negotiating current and new lease terms, and upholding current termination requirements as per the existing lease agreements.
The ideal candidate will be able to efficiently manage the workload, communicate effectively with a variety of tenants, and present all deals through the Walmart governance process. Additionally, this role requires ownership of developing, supporting, and managing processes that align with the overall Tenant Leasing business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, strategic client relationships through personalized service, while working the portfolio of renewals that need to occur before the stated lease end date
• Process Development: Develop, support, and manage processes that align with and support the overall business strategy. Ensure these processes are efficient, sustainable, and scalable
• Executive Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and team members, ensuring consistent follow-up and thorough completion of tenant deals
• Performance Oversight: Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure timelines and deadlines are met and provide regular performance reports to leadership

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
