Senior Manager, Workday Security & Governance

We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to assume the Senior Manager, Workday Security & Governance role within the HR organization. The organization offers opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of a best-in-class HR Operations and Technology organization.

Skills:

Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in Workday Security Configuration and Administration including experience with Workday Business Process/Reporting/HCM/Complex Security configurationMinimum 5 years’ experience in a technical environment with strong ability to configure WorkdayHR/Security knowledge in a global workspaceAnalytical and able to effectively apply logic to solve problemsAbility to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demandsAbility to take accountability and resolve issues independentlyAbility to follow documented processes to ensure adherence for audit purposesAbility to lead projects/requests and drive to required outcomeExperience with security and compliance audits requiredExperience as a team lead or supervisor is preferredMust be a motivated, self-starter who is able to work independently in a high volume fast paced environment with limited supervision and direction

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and analyze Workday security issues with HR business which may require functional skills in WD business process and reporting to identify and resolve issuesPartner with various HRT Leads and cross functional teams to gather requirements, recommend, test and deliver security related configuration needed for new functionality and change requestsDeep knowledge of Workday security configuration to recommend, streamline and simplify security roles and groupsBack up Security and Governance Lead as needed to respond to all audits and ensure compliance with WD governance modelCreate, configure, test and maintain all types of Workday security groupsUpdate security groups: business process and domain security policies as neededAssign role and user based security groups to usersExecute WD Security role assignment audits, analyze results and address any issuesDocument all security processes as needed including any security changes and enhancementsProvide recommendations on security updates/enhancements to drive the efficiency of security modelLead discussions with cross functional teams and key stakeholders as neededProvide guidance, direction and oversight to Security Analyst and other team Security team resourcesPerform other duties as assigned
