Job Description Summary:

The Senior Workforce Planning and People Analytics Manager is a critical role within the People function, responsible for developing a strategic workforce plan that aligns with Rocket Software’s long-term goals. This role will be instrumental in leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and enable the organization to meet future workforce needs effectively. Partnering closely with the Finance department and People Team COEs, this role will integrate people-related data with business planning processes to ensure alignment across the organization.

Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive workforce planning framework to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles at the right time.Collaborate with business leaders, People Business Partners, and Finance to forecast workforce demand and supply, addressing gaps proactively.Integrate workforce planning with financial planning cycles and strategic business objectives.Build, implement and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights on headcount, attrition, workforce trends, and other key people metrics.Deliver data-driven insights, and recommendations to the People Leadership Team and business leaders to support decision-making on talent strategy, hiring, and resource allocation.Partner with the Finance team to align workforce planning with budgeting and forecasting processes.Work closely with People Business Partners and leaders to understand organizational needs and incorporate them into workforce strategies.Act as a trusted advisor, presenting insights and workforce planning recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.Continuously refine workforce planning processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.Identify opportunities to leverage technology, tools, and predictive analytics for workforce planning and HR decision-making.Lead initiatives related to strategic workforce planning and HR analytics, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.Provide guidance and training to HR colleagues and business leaders on workforce planning processes and tools.

Experience and Qualifications

6+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or a related field.Strong experience in data analytics, HR systems (e.g., Workday), and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI). Exceptional proficiency in Excel.Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Proficiency in workforce planning tools and methodologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work collaboratively across People and Finance teams and build strong relationships.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance.
