Senior Manager, Workplace Designer
The Workplace Designer for the Workplace Design and Experience Team will play a crucial role in creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing work environments that enhance employee engagement and productivity. This role reports to the **_Director of Global Workplace Design and Experience_** and requires a highly creative and experienced design professional with a strong background in workplace design, interior architecture, graphic design, and visual identities. The Design Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, develop design strategies, and implement solutions that align with the company's vision and culture. **What You'll do for Us:** **Design Creation:** + Develop and implement creative design solutions for workplace projects from concept to completion. + Create and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices for workplace environments. + Contribute to the overall design vision set by the Director of Global Workplace Design and Experience. **Graphic Design and Visual Identity:** + Develop and implement visual identity guidelines to ensure a consistent and cohesive look and feel across all workplace environments. + Create graphic design elements, including signage, branding, and environmental graphics, to enhance the overall workplace experience. + Collaborate with internal teams to integrate visual identity elements into workplace design projects. **Project Management:** + Oversee the planning, design, and execution of workplace projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. + Coordinate with internal teams, including facilities, IT, HR, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and integration of design solutions. + Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. **User Experience and Innovation:** + Conduct research and gather insights on employee needs and workplace trends to inform design decisions. + Develop innovative design solutions that enhance the employee experience and promote a productive work environment. + Implement user-centered design principles to create flexible, adaptable, and inspiring workspaces. **Sustainability and Wellness:** + Integrate sustainable design practices and materials into workplace projects to minimize environmental impact. + Promote employee well-being through the incorporation of ergonomic design, natural light, biophilic elements, and other wellness-focused features. **Communication and Collaboration:** + Present design concepts and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders for approval. + Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between design team members and other departments. + Prepare design documentation, including drawings, renderings, and specifications, to communicate design intent clearly. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. + Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in workplace design, interior architecture, graphic design, or a related field. + Proven experience leading design projects from concept to completion. + Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence, innovative workplace solutions, and proficiency in graphic design and visual identity development. + Proficiency in design software such as InDesign, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools. + Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills. + Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage external partners. + Knowledge of sustainable design principles and wellness standards. **Working Conditions:** + Ability to travel occasionally to various company locations and project sites. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. + Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed to meet project deadlines. **What We'll Do for You:**   + Career growth and development opportunities through our boundaryless network.  + Diverse and inclusive culture empowering you to use your voice.  + Participation in international projects with multicultural teams.  Pay Range:$122,000 - $142,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:15 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
