We’re looking for an amazing Sr. Manager - Workplace Services to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a company's digital work environment, utilizing various collaboration and communication tools to optimize employee productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall user experience, often including responsibilities like selecting appropriate technologies, developing adoption strategies, providing user support, and monitoring performance metrics across the digital workplace platform. Here’s a summary of what Princess is looking for in its Sr. Manager - Workplace Services. Is this you? **Responsibilities** + Establish strong partnerships and effective communication between team leaders and other stakeholders. deliver services that are clearly defined, delivery criteria are established, and solutions for potential issues are preemptively devised. + Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are conducted efficiently. + Experience managing seven or eight figure finances and budgets blended skillset of strategic planning, meticulous attention to detail, and robust financial acumen. + Governance of Service Desk/End User computing: + Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor service performance against predefined benchmarks, addressing any deviations promptly. + Accountability: Hold service providers accountable for their performance, promoting transparency and reliability. + User Satisfaction: Ensure adherence to SLAs to meet user expectations and enhance satisfaction and trust. + Vendor management: overseeing and coordinating the activities of third-party suppliers to ensure they deliver the expected quality, cost, and performance. + This role involves implementing strategic cost-saving measures while maintaining, or even enhancing, customer satisfaction. + Initiate and hold regular formal meetings with internal and external team members when needed, to course correct, provide further clarity, or provide updates to all management levels. + Overseeing special projects and working with PMs to ensure timelines are met. + Provide management and oversight of internal and external resources and providing detailed technical direction as well as broader strategy on projects/products. **Requirements** + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. + 10 Years Experience in Tech Support/Customer Service leading a team that selects, deploys, and manages tools for end-user technologies. + In-depth knowledge of common programs and solutions, especially the products and services used by customers in their industry. + Advanced knowledge of Service Now ticketing platform. + Microsoft certifications + ITIL Certifications + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status). **This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday).
