Senior Manager: Launch Readiness

Description:

The Senior Product Manager - Launch Readiness & Strategic Execution is responsible for developing and monitoring cross-functional planning/road maps for products in development and/or launch readiness plan that outlines milestones and responsibilities for each functional area, such as manufacturing, marketing, medical affairs, sales, finance, market access, trade, forecasting, operations, etc. ensuring that all required and needed cross-functional initiatives throughout the launch process are planned in advance to allow seamless execution and successful launch. The position requires a highly motivated individual that can collaborate with cross function partners to ensure the success launch readiness plan development and strategic planning and execution to all assigned brands and contribute to Amneal's short and long-term growth. The role will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects, collaborating across several stakeholders from the organization.


Essential Functions:

Create products launch readiness plan and cross functional roadmaps that outlines major milestones and responsibilities for each functional area. Launch plan checklist that ensures cross-functional visibility of all required tasks and initiatives to ensure accountability and seamless execution. Build and coordinate cross-functional teams. Identify and engage with cross-functional leaders to support, as needed, development and execution of plans, guarantee execution of all steps and requirements to and initiatives. Drive, schedule, and coordinate functional and cross-functional meetings defining appropriate cadence, agenda, priorities and needs. Troubleshoot and monitor all inquiries directed to the Launch Readiness Core Team, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage. Develop risk management/mitigation plan and coordinate test of assumptions and timelines to identify and resolve any learnings and problems to minimize risk of disruption. Ensure that all LR team members understand their roles and responsibilities and are supported and equipped to fulfill them. Develop and coordinate/facilitate communication between all stakeholders. Maintain regular, consistent, and meaningful communication with internal and external stakeholders and team members to guarantee alignment and appropriate engagement and communication flow. Facilitate communication across the company. Manage and/or mediate any cross-functional challenges and successes. Create an optimized go-to-market road map that articulate all the launch plan steps by area and promotes alignment and clarity on strategic and tactical approach to allow execution with clear cross-functional responsibilities, goals, and timelines Responsible for the Launch Readiness budget and finance reconciliation, and periodic updates & reviews to leadership/business partners. Manage contracting, purchase orders requests, and reviewing vendor invoices and accruals to ensure brand(s) stay within budget. Includes collaborating with Finance and Accounts Payable to review monthly reports to ensure expenses are properly classified to the correct projects/brand(s), being able to provide revised/accurate budget forecasts when requested. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth launch. Monitor launch readiness plan/team’s performance making necessary changes to stay on course.



Additional Responsibilities:

Launch dashboard development, leadership updates, cross-functional support on additional tasks required to support LR, performs other functions as required or assigned, Launch Readiness budget management, coordination of workshops & meetings. Complies with all company policies and standards.
