Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) builds and evolves strategies to attract the best talent and optimize the experience for internal and external candidates. GTA is looking for a Sr. Manager – Global Talent Acquisition, Learning & Communications. This individual will focus on learning, communication, and change management, in a global environment playing a pivotal role in optimizing our recruitment processes. Leading a team of learning and communications professionals who collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, the Sr. Manager – GTA Learning & Communications will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative learning strategies and engaging communication solutions that support and strengthen the recruitment function, deliver a great candidate and colleague experience, and align with our colleague value proposition and company values. **How will you make an impact in this role?** + Manage the end-to-end process of learning and communications projects, from needs analysis, design, development, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement. + Partner with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and solutions. + Design and deliver engaging and effective learning and communications content, using a variety of formats and modalities, such as e-learning, instructor-led, webinars, videos, newsletters. + Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning and communications initiatives, using data and feedback to measure and report on outcomes and identifyareas for improvement. + Research and stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in adult learning, instructional design, learning technologies, and communications, and apply them to enhance the learning and communications experience for our colleagues and candidates. + Manage additional strategic projects related to talent acquisition as needed. **Minimum Qualifications** + Recruitment experience or experience supporting a recruitment function + Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment + Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor the message and tone to different audiences and contexts + Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to design and deliver engaging and impactful learning and communications solutions that meet the needs of our colleagues and customers + Collaborative and customer-focused attitude, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners + Experienced People Leader with a passion to inspire and motivate others to learn and grow **Preferred Qualifications** + Demonstrated knowledge and skills in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, learning technologies, and communications strategies + Experience leading and managing a team of learning and communications professionals. + Experience operating in a global environment + Experience in a financially regulated global organization **Qualifications** Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
