Primary Responsibilities:
Develop governance frameworks that ensure learning experiences are effective, aligned with organizational goals, and scalable Templatize project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for learning initiatives Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and timelines Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success Drives critical OGA level talent efforts aligned to the people priorities Build strategies to optimize learning processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with employee needs Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of learning programs Establish regular communication cadences to drive effectiveness across people development teams Learning Effectiveness and Impact
Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and interventions Use feedback, analytics, and business impact metrics to drive continuous improvement in learning outcomes Learning Process Optimization
Streamline end-to-end learning processes, from needs assessment to program delivery and evaluation Implement best practices to reduce redundancies, improve resource utilization, and enhance operational efficiency Leverage technology to automate and optimize repetitive tasks in the learning lifecycle Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with governance frameworks and policies Manage budgets for training programs and negotiate contracts with vendors Risk, Compliance, and Quality Assurance
Ensure all learning programs comply with organizational policies, regulations, and quality standards Proactively identify and mitigate risks in training program delivery and resource allocation Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline. Post-graduation / MS in Business Management, Human Resources preferable 12+ years of experience in Learning & Development 6+ years of experience in working with Senior Managers/CXO in Learning/Org capability/ or Organizational Development/Management Consulting, preferably in industries like tech and healthcare Agile Project Manager with the ability to independently develop agile and iterative strategies and recommendations while maintaining measurements of success in multiple projects. Prefer certification in Program Management/Project Management. Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies Expertise in Data management and data analytics Proven excellent English verbal, written and interpersonal skills
