Senior Manager – Soft Services Job ID 209345 Posted 04-Mar-2025 Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Facilities Management, Property Management Location(s) Chennai - Tamil Nadu - India **Job Responsibilities:** + Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for DLFs Soft Services. + Maintain equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. + Monitor HK staff attendance, invoice submissions, and salary disbursements. + Ensure availability of DLFs welfare services to all staff. + Oversee service delivery from partners (pest control, cleaning, horticulture, etc.). + Maintain par stock for contingencies. + Ensure a functional Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for Soft Services. + Adhere to state legal requirements and ensure staff medical tests. + Implement BSC procedures and 6S across service lines. + Conduct safety observations and participate in safety meetings. + Conduct housekeeping audits and provide guidelines to vendors. + Recommend consumables, tools, and equipment for housekeeping. + Ensure effective pest control and solid waste management. + Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all building areas. + Ensure safety practices for staff working at heights. + Use safe chemicals and follow MSDS guidelines. + Provide training to staff on company standards and policies. + Process invoices, payments, and NDC for service line vendors. + Connect monthly with CRM & BMs to improve service levels. + Develop annual operating budgets and achieve operational targets. + Coordinate corporate events, transportation, and F&B arrangements. + Enhance atriums and support LEED Zero Waste certification. + Manage OWC operations for zero wet waste. + Define AMC vendor agreements and SLA clauses. **OHS&W Responsibilities:** + Ensure safety systems are in place and working. + Check and improve safety measures. + Train staff on safety standards and guidelines. + Promote health and safety awareness. + Fix any legal or safety issues quickly. + Implement safety procedures. + Run health and safety programs. + Develop and follow the HSSE plan.
