Vendor development, Logistics, Import and Exports & Project procurements Global sourcing & Capex procurements and budget tracking Lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of strategic initiatives and projects within the Defence and Aerospace division Provide strategic guidance and direction to the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through the development and implementation of innovative processes and technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Defence and Aerospace projects with other business units Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation and growth Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and industry partners to support business development and growth initiatives Manage and optimize resource allocation, budgeting, and cost control for Defence and Aerospace projects Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, safety, and regulatory standards in Defence and Aerospace operations
