The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a full-timeStore Design and Fixture Development Senior Manager to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for designing, collaborating, and managing the development of retail store fixtures and the overall store environment. If you are a creative and detail-oriented professional with expertise in store design and fixture development, join our team and contribute to crafting engaging retail experiences.

A professional portfolio to showcase your work during the interview process is required. This position will be based in Buffalo, NY and will include relocation.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 – $110,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Conceptualize and develop fixture and display designs for select projects, ensuring alignment with retail objectives and design standards Review and comment on design and shop drawings for retail fixtures using AutoCAD, REVIT, and other tools, collaborating to resolve identified issues effectively Research and recommend new materials, technologies, and lighting solutions to enhance global retail environments, promoting innovative design standards Coordinate and oversee the development, production, and installation of vendor fixtures and visual merchandising concepts tailored to specific park needs Maintain and advocate for global fixture standards and guidelines, managing archives of design drawings, creative documents, and art assets to support best practices and compliance More about you Bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior architecture, architecture, themed entertainment, fine art, or related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in interior design, architectural firms, creative agencies, or corporate visual merchandising Proficient in AutoCAD, with additional expertise in 3D design software such as SketchUp and Revit, along with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite Strong passion for retail design and visual merchandising, with an interest in collaborating with creatives, brand licensors, and product developers Detail-oriented with a keen aesthetic sense, and a solid understanding of furniture and fixture design, production, and sourcing, while staying updated on industry trends in retail technology Shift details
