**Job Description:**
As a Senior Manager for Application Development, you will be overseeing the overall operation of the Axway Secure Transport Support team. You will report to the Lead Director of Application Development for the EDI and B2B Gateway, Boomi, and Secure Transport applications. This role will require collaboration with business representatives, project stakeholders, and our IT partners (internal and external) to identify the needs and goals of initiatives requiring Axway Secure Transport expertise. Extensive knowledge of Aetna infrastructure, as well as Aetna’s internal business systems, is required.
**Responsibilities /Duties:**
+ Management of all Axway Secure transport team resources (FTE and contingent resources)
+ Organization of all intake requests and overseeing the assigning of these requests to individual team members
+ Providing bi-weekly updates/statuses to the Lead Director
+ Overseeing delivery prioritization requests from our business partners
+ Ensuring that all team members are adhering to company on-prem attendance policies and completing mandatory training.
+ Completion of all mid-year and year-end performance review activities with each full-time employee
**Required Skills:**
+ 7+ years working in Information Technology solution delivery
+ 5+ years experience with Axway Secure Transport Software
**Preferred skills:**
+ Ability to understand and work with complex systems and apply critical thinking skills.
+ Ability and willingness to think outside of the box and determine creative solutions to business needs/requirements
+ Proven ability to multi-task while ensuring flexibility to meet deadlines and support team and business area goals
+ Excellent leadership, organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize competing interests and communicate risks, issues and decisions appropriately
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$130,295.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
