Senior Manager - Batch Email, SMS, and Push
About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead our batch email, SMS, and push notification programs. Lead the batch email program: Manage the end-to-end process for seasonal messages, promotional messages, loyalty communications, and other batch communications.

Oversee SMS and push notifications: Ensure timely and relevant messaging for SMS and push notifications.

Develop and execute strategies: Grow the email and SMS acquisition programs through strategic planning and execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies across teams.

Utilize data and analytics: Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Continuously innovate: Test new approaches to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Consumer-Obsessed Approach: Demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for our consumers, ensuring all strategies are customer-centric.

Who You Are

Proven experience in managing batch email, SMS, and push notification programs.

Experience in building and scaling programs.

Preferred - experience with direct to consumer brands or brands with a very strong digital-first presence.
