The Senior Manager, Brand Strategy will lead the development, execution, and continuous refinement of our global brand strategy. This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our brand is represented consistently across all platforms, while driving audience engagement and business growth. As a key leader within the in-house Brand and Creative team – Twenty6 Studios – this role will manage a small team of creators, strategists, and ambassadors, fostering growth for the Zebra brand and aligning brand strategy with business goals.


Responsibilities:
Global Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive content and brand strategy that drives marketing objectives and increases brand awareness across multiple platforms, focusing on both paid and organic social media. Ensure the brand resonates with diverse, global audiences while meeting business goals.Setting Strategic Priorities: Define strategic priorities and create roadmaps that influence the evolution and extension of the brand, ensuring it meets both current and future business needs.Accountability for Brand Health: Oversee brand health metrics and assess the brand’s impact on business success. Lead brand equity studies to measure consistency across key touchpoints, providing insights that drive improved customer and employee experiences.Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics and audience data to optimize content and brand strategies. Use research to refine content, improve engagement, and drive long-form lead generation.Brand Reporting & Analysis: Lead quarterly brand reporting and performance reviews, including awareness performance dashboards. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving overall market presence based on annual equity studies.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Product Management leaders to align brand strategy with broader business objectives and product
launches. Engage across the organization to understand business needs and deepen understanding of our brand purpose.Brand Enablement & Training: Lead brand training, workshops, and enablement programs for teams across the organization. Build a sustainable process to drive agility, innovation, and quality, empowering employees to act as brand ambassadors and authentically represent the brand on personal and professional platforms.Social Media Expertise: Work closely with paid and organic social media teams to leverage platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and others to their full potential. Guide the creation of social- first content, from short-form videos to integrated campaign assets that engage audiences and build brand equity.Sponsorship & Tactical Decisions: Oversee valuation research, maximizing ambassador opportunities in sponsorship and partnership strategies. Leverage social insights to guide content decisions related to partnerships and influencers.

 


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Business or equivalent work experience10+ years brand and content experience preferably with SaaS, software, technology organizationsAble to travel 25-30% in the US

Proven experience in managing creators and strategists, delivering high-impact, creative content that aligns with business objectives and marketing best practicesStrong analytical and data-driven mindset, using insights to guide content decisions and increase engagement across platformsSkilled in setting strategic brand priorities and roadmaps, with a track record of influencing brand evolutionProven ability to develop and execute brand enablement programs, including training resources that empower internal teams to represent the brand effectivelyExperience in conducting brand audits to ensure consistency and improve customer and employee experiencesExcellent presentation, leadership, and project management skills, with a history of influencing senior stakeholders

Salary: USD 133000.00 - USD 199400.00 Yearly


Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
