Job Description
What you will be doing:
Articulate the suite of services / offerings professionally to existing and potential customers and working alongside senior management executivesWorking with subject matter experts on solutioning and costing and putting together Bid Solutions and tender management processWorking with Compliance, Legal and Finance Teams on the commercial aspects.Customer Account Development and ManagementPitch convincingly the benefits of the company’s capabilities.Develop new opportunities by way of new business streams and new segments.Communicate with customers of all levels to articulate the problems and solutions, and opportunities; and concurrently build customer confidence and rapport to secure continued recurring and new business opportunities and ensure consistent branding and positioning.Facilitate and manage flow of information amongst all stakeholders / parties (internal and external).Perform other related duties as required or requestedYou are:
Minimally Bachelor's degree in engineering or any other relevant disciplineMinimally 8 years of experiences in product/ services in energy sustainability Has good knowledge in various Building Management SystemExcellent in communication as you will be required to work closely with clients of all levels to articulate the problems and solutions, and opportunitiesWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
