EisnerAmper is seeking to fill a position within the Technology Department focused on delivery management. In this role you will be responsible for facilitating effective communication and collaboration between technical teams, stakeholders, and end-users. The primary objective is to ensure clear and concise dissemination of technical information, promote knowledge sharing, elevate the role of the Technical Organization, and enhance collaboration across the entire organization. You will play a vital role in helping the organization understand the role of IT and its initiatives, helping to drive change management, improving productivity and knowledge, and fostering a culture of effective communication and collaboration. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Planning/Strategy and Technology Leadership Team to help ensure alignment on activities. Finally, this role will also help establish the Technology Team as a potential profit center by building out materials that advertise the team’s services and capabilities through a social media strategy.

What Work You Will Be Responsible For:Lead the collaboration process for developing executive materials (board, C-level meetings and updates)
Work across both the Technical Organization and the greater Enterprise to collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and technical teams to gather information and translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content using multiple communication channels.
Create visually appealing and engaging content, incorporating graphics, diagrams, screenshots, videos, and web content to enhance comprehension and user experience.
Establish and maintain a knowledge management system (consisting of a website and related document libraries and lists), organizing and categorizing technical content to enable easy search and retrieval of information.
Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to promote effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Develop and implement communication strategies and tools to enhance information sharing and collaboration across departments and teams.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline communication and collaboration workflows.
Work with Teams to incorporate best practices using the most appropriate and modern tools.
Define and execute a strategy for measuring ETIs value to the organization.
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, managing expectations, and resolving any communication or collaboration issues.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical communication and collaboration, and apply them to improve existing processes.
Act as a Product Manager of our collaboration tools, providing updates to the community as new features roll out, guidance as to what should or shouldn’t be used, and act as a primary point of contact between the end-user community and the technical team.
Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferably in Collaboration and Training or related field.
10+ years of developing presentations at the executive and board level; in a high growth technology environment preferred.
5+ years of experience in creating marketing campaigns, both internal and LinkedIn.
Preferred/ Desired Qualifications:MBA or Master’s degree
Have experience advising/working collaboratively and have the skills to help our leaders discover and share important and inspiring stories. You are comfortable having the accountability for the overall narrative of our work.
People management experience.
Strong relationship building, communication and project management to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Negotiating skills, along with a strong presence and ability to influence others, including senior leadership.
Self-directed, able to work independently, as well as work in a team-orientated and fast paced environment.
Experience in the Professional Services and or accounting firm industry.
