YOUR ROLE Lead international buy-side and sell-side M&A projects across all business units from origination to execution
Coordinate and execute due diligence reviews and steer external advisors
Business valuations and financial modelling
Support in negotiations of transaction agreements
Support key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for transactions from the strategic analysis phase to execution
Ensure corporate governance throughout the projects YOUR SKILLS University degree with a focus on business administration/economics or equivalent qualification
Several years of M&A experience, preferably at a multinational corporate, renowned investment bank or corporate finance/strategy consulting firm
Excellent valuation and financial modelling skills
Experience in project management
Experience in negotiating asset/share purchase agreements is beneficial
Analytical thinking and results-oriented approach
Proficiency in English language
Strong communication and presentation skills
Highly motivated and flexible personality with intercultural competence and strong teamwork skills
