Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) is a global organization that sits within Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) and is a center of excellence with the charter to drive high quality, customer-first communications that accelerate business growth through optimized go to market solutions and the development of best-in-class marketing technology (MarTech) products and processes.  

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Digital Product Development to join our Marketing Enablement and Transformation team to lead product development efforts as part of a multi-year technology transformation initiative. This role focuses on streamlining and automating key processes within the marketing campaign lifecycle to drive optimization for our US Marketing organization, with an emphasis on areas like creative review, approval workflows and compliance automation. While the initial scope for this role is centered around these areas, there is significant opportunity for this role to evolve and expand into other facets of the marketing ecosystem as the team’s needs grow. 

How will you make an impact in this role?

This person will be responsible for leading the development of content assembly and review automation as well as process optimization solutions that improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance collaboration across marketing and operational teams. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing operations, compliance teams and technology partners, to identify pain points and drive scalable solutions. 

 

Your focus will be on ensuring seamless execution within the broader marketing campaign lifecycle by aligning stakeholders, defining product requirements and driving the implementation of automation tools. You will balance user needs, business objectives and technical feasibility to deliver impactful solutions that streamline the creative review process and optimize marketing workflows. A deep understanding of the marketing execution lifecycle, automation tools and value chains will be essential to drive transformation and efficiency. 

 

Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define and own 12+ month high-level strategic roadmaps, demonstrating the vision, goals, and milestones for marketing execution products. 

Discovery & Stakeholder Alignment: Lead discovery efforts across multiple stakeholder teams to understand business needs, user pain points, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.  

Feature Definition & Prioritization: Translate business requirements into a prioritized technical roadmap, partnering closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions and ensure seamless execution. 

Development & Implementation: Coordinate product releases, oversee testing and monitor post-launch performance. 

Measurement & Optimization: Define and track KPIs related to workflow efficiency, approval cycle time, and AI-driven enhancements, using insights to refine product strategy. 

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a strong emphasis on MarTech platforms, workflow automation or AI-driven solutions and/or creative collaboration software (ex. Adobe Workfront, Salesforce). Strong understanding of workflow optimization, approval processes, and automation technologies with complex operational environments. Experience working within Agile software development methodologies and supporting tools. Highly skilled communicator and stakeholder manager, able to collaborate with, and influence teams across technical and non-technical teams of all levels of the organization Experience building and launching highly complex, integrated marketing technology products. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Strong analytical product mindset, able to define success metrics and drive continuous optimization. Familiarity with AI applications in automation, machine learning or predictive workflows is a plus 

Key Responsibilities Include: 

Own the full product lifecycle for workflow automation solutions, supporting the marketing campaign execution lifecycle and ensuring alignment with business and technology goals Develop and maintain a short/medium/long-term product strategy to meet the evolving needs of the marketing organization Build highly impactful visual aids to support discovery, solution design, architecture discussions with engineering, and facilitate alignment conversations across relevant stakeholder groups and partner product teams. Lead business planning, prioritization, and technology assessment processes across software development lifecycle. Ensure marketing workflows are fully optimized, automated where possible, and integrated with key MarTech platforms. Oversee Agile product management processes, ensuring features are clearly defined, have clear acceptance criteria, and are properly tested and validated before launch. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption of new capabilities and ongoing improvement of automation solutions.  

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
