Senior Manager Early Career Programming

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR MANAGER EARLY CAREER PROGRAMMING

SENIORITY LEVEL: Mid-senior level

FUNCTION: Human Resources

LOCATION: Plaza Building, Winston-Salem, NC (hybrid)

ACCOUNTABILITIES 

Define and manage Early Career programming end to end including strategy, design, deploy and report out. Manage, guide, and set policies for early career programs. Liaise with Global/Local TA and GBS to craft recruitment & development strategies for early career talents. Build handle and implement processes, tools, and metrics to measure the efficiency of Early Career programming efforts.

Organize events and design experiences that build outstanding employee experiences for interns and participants in the Global Graduate program.

Supports the business in understanding the early career programs and provides them with tools to support early career participants deliver expected outcomes (i.e. guides for performance management and documentation, timelines and cycle plans, and other program resources and training).

Engage with business leaders and HRBPs to map key projects linked to organizational priorities and aim for consistency of projects and assessment processes across the business.

Work with early career program participants (Interns and Global Grads) providing guidance and coaching on the requirements of early career programs and expected outcomes.

Coordinate with internal collaborators, vendors, and external resources to support the relocation and onboarding of interns and global graduates.

Hosts and facilitates workshops and seminars to support initial leadership capability building for interns and global graduates.Maintain up to date knowledge of early career programming and provides consultation to the business regarding the topic.Evaluate effectiveness and/or performance of specified processes, programs, and practices and provide feedback.

Maintain effective communication with leadership related to work progress, scope, schedule, cost and the need for resources.Demonstrate a sense of urgency and creativity in meeting business needs. Work with business leaders, HR team and Talent COE team to identify and deploy an effective rhythm/cadence to deliver on business needs.

Act as strategic partner and subject matter authority to business leaders and HRBPs on related topics. Conduct ongoing research on standard processes and recommended strategies for continuous improvement of CM, T&OE initiatives.Plan, handle and control budgetary resources regarding programming scope.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGEESSENTIAL

5+ years of experience in Career Program management, running end to end intern/graduate and related projects

Preferred experience working in an HR, Training & Development or related fields.

Evidence of successfully developing and implementing industry-leading standard methodologies in relation to Learning and development programs

Experience in handling learning programs, project management,  leading change in sophisticated and diverse organizations and cultures

Ability to interface at all levels of the organization locally and globally

BS Degree or equivalent experience in human resources management or related field.

Required skills:

Respond timeously to collaborators. Cross functional skills

Project management

Expert knowledge of office technologies, including Microsoft Office Professional Suite. Presentation skills and reporting skills
