Senior Manager - Email Strategy and Operations

The Email Operations and Strategy lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, develop email and mobile marketing strategies, and ensure successful execution of campaigns. This role will coordinate campaign execution and help drive overall team transformation. The ideal candidate also has a strong foundation and understanding of the back end of email including deliverability, accessibility, and legal compliance. Responsibilities: • Support email and mobile channel optimization and partner with the Marketing Technology team to understand and implement the roadmap of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketo platforms to drive growth and opportunity for multi-channel journey strategy. • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand and support business objectives through email and mobile channels. • Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. • Coordinate campaign execution and technical project implementation in an agile format. • Provide guidance and support to marketing teams on best practices for email strategy, campaign optimization, and personalization. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness. • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the email and mobile channels and actively contribute to the growth and innovation in the tools we use. **Basic Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Eight or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results **Preferred Skills/Experience** • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email service providers. • Demonstrable Experience with integrations across multiple marketing platforms is preferred. • Basic understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce • Strong presentation skills for multiple audiences • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives and requirements. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Basic understanding of CDP and CRM integrations within Marketing Cloud or a similar platform. **Location Expectations** The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
