RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads robust business planning through accurate budgeting/forecastingResponsible for financial plans to understand the revenue and cost drivers of a businessSummarize and contextualize financial resultsIdentify & lead process improvementStrategic business partner who leverages relationships with Senior Level Operational Leads to drive financial planningWork with Controllership/Finance Shared Services to review and ensure the accuracy of financial reportsContinuously seek new ways to leverage business data to offer fresh insights and aid decision makingConduct advanced financial analyses to support ad-hoc requests utilizing complex scenario planningTranslate business strategies, initiatives and projects effectively into financial modelingManage people or a significant business processDelegate for Finance DirectorsOther duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

7+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate financeStrong networking, team working and relationship management skillsStrong business acumen; understands business implications of decisionsStrong problem-solving skills and sound judgementSupports and explains reasoning for decisions/recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to perform advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPointProven ability to work independently

PREFERENCES

This is a hybrid position, not remote, so anyone that lives in the Burlington or Durham area is preferred.Experience in a matrixed, multi-site, multinational environment strongly preferredPrevious FP&A or corporate finance experience strongly preferredExperience in life sciences industry strongly preferredExperience with PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Essbase is strongly preferred

EDUCATION

Bachelor Degree in Finance or Related Field required
