ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Manager - Finance role is responsible for leading the financial accounting, consolidation, reporting and inventory function, monitoring the financial health of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle. The role oversees the inventory control function along with the daily operations of the Finance department, including but not limited to accounting, statutory reporting, compliance, external/ internal audit, system implementation and month end financial responsibilities.

ROLE PROFILE

Manage the financial activities related to month- end closing for all the operating regions of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle, overseeing accurate and timely completion.Accountable for ensuring all Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities are completed and reconciled in a timely manner.Manage the relationship with all Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle suppliers and brands and B2B customers.Track business performance, highlighting issues and areas of concern, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.Lead that the inventory team ensuring optimum level of inventory and effective allocation of capital.Work closely with the financial control team ensuring compliance with statutory, legal, taxation and internal control.Key provider of technical support on financial accounting matters to the key stakeholders and internal customers within the business.

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate degree in Finance with a professional qualification (ACCA/ CPA/ ACA).Minimum 10 years’ experience in accounting/finance.Experience of process improvements.Experience of setting up and streamlining key controls and processes.Expertise in accounting and inventory management.
