Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The general purpose of this role is to be a financial consultant and work closely with the business partners in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization to drive performance and enable fact-based decisions. This role supports and steers the business to achieve operational performance, financial and non-financial targets as well as the defined company strategy. This is supported by the creation of transparency about business performance, analyzing & benchmarking, providing insights and making recommendations.
Within the SCM Finance team, the role acts as a general FP&A function coordinating, managing and continuously improving planning, reporting and analysis activities as well as tools and capabilities from a global lense. In addition, it also fosters global governance to ensure quality and consistency across the SCM Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand key SCM cost drivers and provide end-to-end (inbound to outbound) visibility for business partners and Finance stakeholders to drive improvements and actions Manage standardized execution of financial processes by aligning with stakeholders on timelines, templates and submission details, working closely with the SCM Finance market teams to ensure transparency, consistency and high-quality results. Drive harmonization and standardization of information sets while ensuring best in class delivery in terms of timing and quality Develop and implement adequate and aligned communication packages to present results, recommendations and solutions at different recipient levels with strong focus on storytelling and consistency Manage & execute standardized regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis, tailored to different reporting layers, striving for efficient and consistent usage of data sets, leveraging and continuously improving state-of-the-art tools and processes Develop, drive and track SCM Finance initiatives and projects Secure global financial governance by providing and ensuring the application of standardized cost definitions from a SCM end-to-end perspective with focus on the Global Logistics Accounting Structure and Cost Accounting Policy Closely guide and collaborate with GBS organization to capitalize the operating model Drive transition of SCM Finance processes and tools during Trans4rm project and related Digitalization initiatives, ensuring relevant requirements are addressed and implemented Own, manage, and control monthly, quarterly and year-end closing tasks Shape collaboration with markets and HQ teams within given framework, fostering a continuous learning and growth mindset

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent communication, analytical and conceptual skills Considerable financial controlling abilities with strengths in reporting and consolidation Strong storytelling and presentation skillset Business fluency in English (written and spoken) FMCG and/or SCM acumen is a plus Result orientation, pro-activity, and high degree of flexibility within challenging and complex environment Enjoy working in a dynamic and ambitious multinational team Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI as a plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University Degree in Finance / Business Administration / Accounting Minimum 5-7 years’ work experience in FP&A / Finance area in sizable and multinational environment
