These responsibilities include some of the following – Deliver global processes with Global Supply Chain (GSC) Finance including: Manage the Product Costing Centre of Excellence team. Manage the delivery of GSK annual process that updates Product Costs globally for one or more business segments. Manage the delivery of Product Costs for new SKUs. Actively drive continuous improvement agenda Manage Product Costing related risks and issues. Track and report GSC Control compliance across processes. Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience required (must-haves) Graduate with professional accountancy qualification (for e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, or international equivalent) or MBA (from a tier 1 college) Supply Chain Manufacturing experience with Product Costing and/or Production Accounting experience up to Proficient/SME level in SAP M-ERP or equivalent system. Demonstrated ability of operating effectively in a matrix structure including negotiating and collaboration skills and ability to influence up to VP level. Experience in developing and executing process design, continuous improvement and standardisation across multiple systems and organisational boundaries. The ability to communicate complex matters in a simple way to Finance & non-Finance employees at all levels. Additional skill sets we are looking for in the candidate – 10 to 14 years of relevant work experience with capability to lead people (flex partners or employees) Proven record of delivering transformational change on multiple large-scale programmes (for e.g., SAP ERP deployments, Digital Transformation, Transformation agendas, M&A, etc.) Certifications like Prosci Change Management Certification or APMG, Project management certification (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2), Agile and Lean Six Sigma (Preferred) Previous experience in setting up new teams and/or Centre of Excellence Ability to inspire cross-functional, virtual, global, and diverse teams. Ability to deliver results in a complex/global environment and to solve complex business and process problems. Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management, (e.g., persuading and influencing skills) Proven problem-solving and negotiation capabilities along with a process-focused perspective. Comfortable working in a matrix hybrid environment and dealing with ambiguity. Flexible to work in different time zones, as per business needs.
