**Job Description:**
**What You'll Do**
Leads various HR regulatory programs and processes including background investigations, employee records, affirmative action, and compliance related onboarding. Responsible for managing a team that completes data transactions in the core Human Resources system, ensures accuracy of data, escalates complex issues, ensure compliance with policies and practices, and provides guidance, resolution and partnership with legal and HR Risk. Partners with Human Resources teams to educate and communicate regulatory programs, optimize processes, align system requirements and drive required change management as needed.
**How You'll Do It**
+ Manages teams that coordinates and monitors employee processes and data. Provides leadership and operations support for the delivery of HR regulatory programs. Ensures proper education and training for HR processes and policies. Interprets HR policies and procedures and develops transactional process flows and procedures.
+ Ensures that administrative processes are completed accurately including HR data administration and record keeping. Identifies and resolves escalations. Identifies patterns, trends, and performs root cause analyses. Ensures that standard operating procedures are complete and updated. Assures proper storage, organization, and retrieval of information from HR records. Provides guidance for physical record retention.
+ Ensure compliance with relevant anti-discrimination legislative requirements, in particular the delivery of programs related to US Equal Employment Opportunity (EEOC) and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP)
+ Manages risk and control management for employee data and processes including: control testing, compliance reporting, and internal audits. Responds to and complies with investigations, audits, assessments and leads corrective actions.
+ Establish appropriate risk-management strategies that ensure compliance of human systems and processes related to EEO/Affirmative Action, Background investigations, regulatory reporting
**Qualifications You'll Need**
**The Basics**
+ Bachelors Human Resources
+ 8+ years Proven background in implementing human resource governance oversight with experience aligning and integrating risk management with business and HR strategy
+ 5+ years HR operations and compliance experience or related, including prior people management
+ In lieu of education, 10+ years HR operations and compliance experience or related, including prior people management

**Compensation:**
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $106,000.00 to $178,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
