Senior Manager - Insider Threats
Join us in creating a culture of trust and security, ensuring the protection and integrity of our clients' data and assets. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Insider Threat to join our Trust team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's insider threat program. **What you will do** + Develop and implement comprehensive insider threat detection and prevention strategies. + Oversee the day-to-day operations of the insider threat program, ensuring effective monitoring and response to potential threats. + Utilize Microsoft Purview and Insider Risk Management tools to identify, assess, and mitigate insider threats. + Conduct thorough investigations of insider threat incidents and provide detailed reports to senior leadership. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Legal, to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding insider threat activities. + Provide training and awareness programs to employees and contractors to mitigate insider threat risks. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in insider threat management. + Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to insider threat management. + Ensure program compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 27001 and GDPR **To be successful you will have** + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Security, Cybersecurity, Criminal Justice, or a related discipline. + Minimum of 7 years of experience in insider threat management, information security, cybersecurity or a related field. + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview and Insider Risk Management tools. + Background in forensic investigations. + Background in law enforcement or a related field is preferred. + Proven ability to conduct thorough and effective investigations. + Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plus. **Core Values** + Commitment to the highest standards of professional conduct, discretion, and ethical behavior. + Dedication to delivering extraordinary levels of service and tangible results. + Uphold the integrity of the profession and avoid any actual or perceived conflicts of interest. **In return you can expect** + To join a tight-knit, highly effective trust team where your contributions will be immediately impactful and recognized. + Step into a senior role with the autonomy to hire and build your own team, guiding and mentoring them to success. + High Visibility: Enjoy a significant position in a smaller yet influential environment, allowing you to make a real difference and not just be another number. + To report directly to Chief Trust Officer, an experienced leader who will provide you with the support and insight needed to excel in your role. + Take advantage of numerous opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a company that prioritizes its employees' growth. + Play a critical role in shaping and improving our insider risk management strategies, ensuring the security and integrity of our operations. **Our People are Our Pride – Benefits and Perks** + Competitive pay based on the work you’ll do here and not your previous salary.
