Position Overview:
Responsible for Paylocity’s delivery of a global offering through partnerships with in country providers (ICPs). This role will oversee a team of managers each responsible for management & expertise of assigned markets. In addition, this role will work across the business to streamline processes and accelerate the growth & scale of Paylocity’s global payroll offering.

Lead business results through oversight of team that is accountable for partnerships across the globe supporting markets where ICP partnerships are leveraged.Drive governance, consistency & scale through partnership management team & partners.Work directly with global partners, as needed, to: expand partnerships, streamline processing, evangelize vision & roadmap and/or negotiate business terms.Define & execute contracting & pricing framework that encompasses Paylocity’s global offering both with the ICP partner and with customers.Be a global thought leader in product, sales & operations discussions around integration & service capabilities by staying abreast of evolving global payroll trends, and understanding customer and partner needs.Define cross functional framework for managing ICP diligence through evaluation, contracting & onboarding processes and ensuring adoption across business. Recruit any new global partner as dictated by the global market roadmap. Support sales as needed on countries to drive strategic revenue opportunities on in country specific compliance and/or ICP commercial structuring, including development of in country materials that support sales enablement. Cross functional strategic program management ownership of key OKRs and initiatives to scale business functions that impact in country partnerships stakeholders. Define and develop international channel partnership commercial opportunities to drive adjacent solutions that enhance product suite solutions for client’s international expansion.The role requires strong analytical skills to dissect complex problems, identify root causes and development effective solutions. Team members must demonstrate the ability to think critically and systemically approach multi faceted issues.Adept applying innovative problem solving and interpersonal relationship management to reach global solutions.Highly adaptable to work within complex systems and processes cross functionally. Team members should be comfortable navigating uncertainly, managing multiple variables and making informed decision in a fast paced environment. End to end project ownership on impactful cross functional initiatives and OKRs.Act as single point of contact for partner, handling & resolving issues arising across processes, customers and/or technical integration details.Work directly with partners & product to scope, identify & execute integration needs & development work.Project leadership and support on key cross functional initiatives and OKRs.Work cross functionally across sales, marketing, product, operations & legal/compliance to ensure partnership strategy aligns with product & sales strategy and the global offering is accurately represented in market.Support sales as needed with prospect questions global offering and/or in country compliance requirements.Work with product & technology leadership to drive roadmap decisions & tradeoffs that will benefit Paylocity’s ability to scale & grow revenue.Manage International Partnerships team, including ongoing coaching and development, performance management, delegating and prioritizing responsibilities.Requirements:
10+ years of experience working for a high growth technology company with 5+ years in strategic partnerships, business development or strategy role. Bachelor’s degree from accredited school (MBA preferred).Cross cultural communication in working with cultures across the globe.Extensive experience in global payroll models, knowing & understanding the players, different models and core offerings important to employers.Strong executive presence and demonstrated leadership skills, good judgment, and ability to effectively present to large or small groups.Ability to work cross functionally, yet drive decisions & execution & results across the business.Ability to travel up to 25%.Paylocity is an equal-opportunity employer. This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $150,000-$185,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
