**Key Responsibilities:**
Reporting to the Director-Inventory Management & Strategy, the Senior Manager-Inventory Management manages the team responsible for provisioning and required planning of materials, expendable parts and rotable components to support the maintenance operation fleets and cabins. The Senior Manager is accountable for controls of inventory investment (OEM or PMA) and maintaining optimal inventory levels to adequately support line maintenance, airframe overhaul, base maintenance, aircraft modification activities, and cabin provisioning.
+ Leads team responsible for planning all materials delivered by the supply chain to its customers
+ Collaborates with various collaborators across Company, including Technical Operations, Marketing and Inflight
+ Leads team responsible for making daily strategic adjustments to station inventory levels for rotable and expendable inventory assets and cabin provisioning items
+ Responsible for monitoring status of replenishment orders for cabin provisioning and ensuring product arrives at distribution points at the right time to prevent shortages
+ Responsible for cabin provisioning shipments, budget and resource planning for third-party vendors
+ Coordinates with business partners in Technical Services and Procurement

**What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):**
+ Bachelor’s degree or related experience
+ Five (5) years of experience leading procurement activities, material requirements planning, supply chain, expediting, or similar experience
+ Able to lead and direct a multidisciplinary team
+ Comprehensive understanding of material logistics and supply chain management
+ Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
+ Self-motivated and engrained continuous improvement experience
+ Strategic thinker with experience implementing innovative solutions
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple and contending priorities
+ Strong people skills and ability to develop internal and external relationships
+ Working knowledge of SQL or other data query language
+ Able to travel regularly (up to 30%) across the network
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
+ Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
+ Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
**What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):**
+ Master’s degree
+ Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
+ Airline, aviation or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experience
+ Experience leading people
+ Experience handling budgets
+ Formal instruction in Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement methodologies
+ Experience with SAS statistical analysis
The base pay range for this role is $124,735.00 to $169,950.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
