We are seeking a dedicated and visionary Sr. Manager of Engineering Program Management to join our team in Network Services. This role requires a dynamic leader to collaborate closely with Engineering counterparts to define and design innovative solutions and services that delight caregivers and add significant value to Providence. Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire lifecycle of solutions and services, from initial conception through to release and ongoing support. The Sr. Manager will work closely with Engineering and business stakeholders, engage directly with caregivers to understand their needs, manage the release process, establish the solution or service's identity within the ecosystem, and connect with and support the caregiver community.
Additionally, this role will involve managing infrastructure and network projects, as well as influencing agile transformation across the organization, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring efficient delivery of services.
Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable.
