The Headlines:
In the role of Senior Manager Customer Supply working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Supply Chain team. The role will develop and implement strategies to support entry into new markets, build relationships with strategic partners, licensees, distributors and retailers, and grow our international beer business. You will also be responsible for managing exceptions in our relationships with our commercial partners, monitoring operations, and ensuring all functions are running smoothly and efficiently.

The Responsibilities:
Most importantly, you will lead a team of 9( 2 direct & 7 indirect) talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations Collaborate with other departments, including brewing, packaging, and logistics, to ensure that products are available in international markets. Build and maintain relationships with distributors and licensees in international markets Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement with both order management and supply planning work functions. Optimize Supply Chain processes to reduce waste, improve quality, and ensure consistency across the extended supply chain. Develop and implement Supply Chain strategies to improve COGS and support growth in international markets Develop team member by provide opportunities for professional growth through effective leadership, training, mentorship, and timely constructive feedback.
The Other Qualifications:

You value and respect differences and believe inclusion and belonging is the key to collaboration and a winning team culture You have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of Marketing, Sales, International Business You have at least 8 years experience in Quality or Supply Chain Operations You are fluently bilingual English/Spanish You have strong leadership and people management skills. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You have knowledge of international market trends and regulations. You have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. You have the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement. You have a strong operations background- Supply Planning experience preferred You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow You exhibit our core values
