ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Manager – Learning and Development at Majid AlFuttaim Retail is a strategic leader responsible for driving excellence across learning and development initiatives. Acting as a consultant to retail operations, this role ensures the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of curricula that align with technical and behavioral Competency frameworks and organizational goals.

ROLE PROFILE

Lead the Learning Center of Excellence to deliver innovative, high-impact learning solutions that address current and future business capability needs.Oversee the development and rollout of standardized curricula aligned with employee career progression, organizational values, and operational needs.Implement and manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control standards for all L&D programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and alignment with key performance indicators.Champion digital transformation in L&D, integrating innovative technologies and tools to streamline learning processes and improve scalabilitySupport the Offline Content Creator and Training Design Professional in developing high-quality, engaging training materials for instructor-led sessions.Facilitate the design and implementation of Train-the-Trainer programs to maintain a skilled and knowledgeable facilitator pool.Regularly evaluate the impact of learning initiatives on individual, team, and business performance, providing recommendations for improvement.Conduct regular stakeholder consultations and data-driven analyses to identify skill gaps and prioritize development initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.10 years in L&D and in a similar position with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams.A Master's degree or specialized certification in L&D, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design is preferred.Arabic & English speaker .Relevant portfolio with key achievements on driving change
