Job DescriptionDefinition and deployment of TEF strategy and targets in manufacturing area.Establish and optimize TEF organization and ensure competence of TEF function.Establish the manufacturing process and MAE development strategy and ensure the implementation.Drive continuous improvement of process development and maintenance.Drive the introduction of digital transformation and lead I 4.0 strategy establishment and deployment.Collaborate with MOE to realize process standardization.
