Note: Candidates from Minneapolis/State of Minnesota and Chicago will be preferred. 


SUMMARY:

Meet the Annual Healthcare IT services and Products Target of USD 1 Million (for the first year) by 

mining new customers and upselling to our existing customer base. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 Establish and execute sales strategies for both Healthcare Services and Products. 

 Plan sales approach, target markets and related KPIs

 Develop the necessary collateral with the branding team to execute the sales strategy. 

 Manage existing customers and upsell services and products as applicable

 Efficient follow up on prospects 

 Build and maintain a personal network that can be used to gain access to information, leads, 

contacts, etc. 

 Growing new sales revenue by identifying, qualifying and converting prospects

 Preparation of proposals, negotiating contracts and closing deals

 Establish client relationships for new accounts and grow new accounts annually 

 Be responsible for managing Healthcare Sales Force.com

QUALIFICATIONS:

 College/University degree; IT background is an advantage 

 5+ years of sales experience in selling IT healthcare services and products 

 Solid technical background and a sound understanding of IT and Healthcare 

 Proven track record of achieving sales Targets

 Proven ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external business relationships 

with various levels of management and non-management. 

 Proven ability to effectively work with key client executives along with setting appropriate 

expectations 

 Willingness to travel within the US and overseas if required. 

 Proven ability in managing high performing Sales teams.
